- 03Yes. Research shows that online counselling can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges. At this time, all of our sessions are offered virtually as we continue to grow and expand our vision. While we recognize the unique value of in-person counselling, we believe the true foundation of effective therapy lies in the relationship between client and practitioner. It is this connection, built on trust, openness, and support, that creates a safe space where meaningful, healing work can unfold, whether sessions take place online or in person.
- 04To make the most of your session, you'll need a stable internet connection, a private and quiet space, and a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Headphones are optional but can help ensure privacy.
- 05We offer 50-minute and 75-minute sessions. You can choose the length that works best for you.
