Hi, I’m Fede.

I’m originally from Italy, and British Columbia has been home for the past decade.

Beginning a healing journey of self-discovery and empowerment is a courageous step, and I’m honoured that you’ve chosen to take it here at Collective Growth.

Being a counsellor is a heartfelt calling.

I find deep meaning in holding space for others as they share their stories, and I feel privileged to walk alongside people as they move toward authenticity, healing, and inner freedom.

My approach is shaped by knowledge, passion, and lived wisdom. Through my own experiences with immigration, trauma, major life transitions, and ADHD, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges that arise when navigating personal and systemic barriers. These experiences have shaped me profoundly, cultivating humility, empathy, and compassion, qualities I see as essential to authentic human connection.

In my practice, I welcome clients exactly as they are, without judgment or expectation. I bring warmth, curiosity, and steady support to the therapeutic space, creating an environment where individuals can safely explore their inner world and move toward greater balance and wholeness

I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals navigating trauma, identity exploration, and major life transitions, including those shaped by immigration and experiences of belonging.

Wholeness, interconnectedness, and relationships are central themes in my work. I view each person’s experience within the context of their relationship with themselves, with others, and with the world around them.

As a trauma-informed counsellor, I offer a person-centred approach grounded in deep respect for each individual’s lived experience and inherent strengths. My work draws from modalities such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Therapy. Mindfulness is also a guiding practice in my work, helping us stay present and reconnect with the wisdom of the body, mind, and self.

Outside of counselling, I find inspiration and grounding in nature—especially by the ocean, which remains my greatest muse. I’m passionate about astrology and enjoy exploring perspectives that reflect the deep interconnectedness between humanity and the universe. I also love music, dancing, meaningful conversations, spontaneous adventures, sharing joy, and getting lost in a good book.
