At Collective Growth, we offer holistic, trauma-informed counselling rooted in compassion, safety, and social justice. Based in Vancouver, our practice is designed to support individuals on a path toward personal freedom and emotional well-being.

 

We understand that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why every counselling session is customized to your unique needs, creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. We aim to empower you with the tools, insight, and care you need to feel more connected – emotionally, physically, spiritually, and mentally.

Our team of registered professional counsellors uses a person-centred approach that honours your autonomy and lived experience. We integrate a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including:
